Civic Studio is responsible for providing masterplanning and urban design services and the preparation and co-ordination of masterplans, urban design studies and design and access statements for a variety of complex sites throughout the United Kingdom and Canada and major projects include sustainable new communities, mixed-use neighbourhoods, marina masterplans, business/research parks and urban regeneration schemes. Civic Studio work closely with prominent developers, house builders, government departments and landowners and Erik acts as an expert witness on masterplanning and urban design matters at Local Plan and Public Inquires.
Our team consists of award-winning urban designers, graphic designers, community consultation specialists, CAD technicians, architectural artists, architects, and town planners. We love collaborating with archaeologists, landscape architects, ecologists and engineers and strongly believe that landscape planning should be an ingrained early part of the masterplanning process.
