Who We Are
Civic Studio is a Vancouver, Canada and United Kingdom based masterplanning, urban design and land promotion firm committed to the design and development of contextually and ecologically sensitive new settlements. Civic Studio’s team has an in-depth understanding of both the Canadian and UK planning systems and work closely with prominent developers, house builders, government departments and landowners.
We are the recipients of one of Canada’s top Planning Awards from the Canadian Institute of Planners for our masterplanning work in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom.
Civic Studio specialises in designing highly liveable masterplanning solutions for both contemporary and historic international cities, towns and villages and use pattern book studies as an interactive tool ahead of design to map local urban form and develop a unique understanding of the place we are designing in.
